The present terms of reference applies to hard-wrought pipes, made of carbon steel, intended for manufacturing of automobile details.
Hollow billets, delivered under TU 14-1-1076-74 and OST 14 21-77.
1.1. Depending on function of a pipe the following pipes are delivered:
1.1.1. On external diameter and wall thickness;
1.1.2. On external and internal diameters.и wall differences;
1.1.3. On internal diameter and wall thickness.
1.2. Pipe sizes, limit deviations and length for heat-treated pipes are represented in a Table 1; for pipes, delivered without heat-treaing, are represented in a Table 2.
1.3. Delivered pipes have a length from 4,5 up to 5 meters.
Besides it is permitted to deliver pipes with length less than 4,5m, but not less than 2,5 m in amount up to 10 % from the order, they should be packed into separate packages.
